Kaapatut Lapset ry on valtakunnallinen kansalaisjärjestö, joka tukee ja neuvoo perheitä, joita on kohdannut lapsikaappaus, joissa on lapsikaappausuhka tai vaikea kansainvälinen huoltokiista. Lue lisää www.kaapatutlapset.fi.  

Oletko työtön, 18-29-vuotias tai minkä ikäinen tahansa osatyökykyinen?  Meillä on sinulle työtä järjestöavustajana.  

 Odotamme sinulta: 

  • hyvää suomen tai englannin taitoa 
  • vuorovaikutustaitoja  
  • somen osaamista 
  • halua oppia uutta 
  • voit tehdä silloin tällöin ilta- ja viikonlopputyötä 

Lisäksi on hyvä, jos  

  • olet monikulttuurisesta eroperheestä tai maahanmuuttajaperheestä 
  • osaat suomen tain englannin lisäksi jotain muuta kieltä sujuvasti 
  • tulet toimeen lasten ja nuorten kanssa  

Tarjoamme sinulle: 

Tehtäviäsi voivat olla: 

  • toimistotyöt 
  • someviestintä ja tapahtumista tiedottaminen 
  • tapahtumajärjestelyt ja avustaminen tapahtumissa 
  • nuorisotoiminnan kehittäminen 
  • lasten ohjelman järjestäminen tapahtumissa 
  • yhteisölähettilästoiminnan kehittäminen 

Koulutuksesi ja aiempi työkokemuksesi vaikuttavat toimenkuvaan.  

Työaika on keskimäärin 7 t 30 min/pv tai sovittu. Työntekopaikka on Helsingin Malmilla tai koronatilanteen vaatiessa etänä.  

Palkka on kokoaikaisena 1970 €/kk. Työsuhteen alussa on kolmen kuukauden koeaika.

(Paikka auki on Sosiaali- ja terveysministeriön (STM) avustusohjelma, josta jaetaan avustuksia sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöille nuorten ja osatyökykyisten työllistämiseen. Avustuksia hallinnoi sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskus (STEA) ja ohjelmaa koordinoi Nuorten Ystävät ry. Ohjelman kautta hakuun tulevat työpaikat on tarkoitettu osatyökykyisille (ilman ikärajausta) sekä työelämän ulkopuolella oleville alle 30-vuotiaille nuorille. Paikka auki -avustusohjelman tavoitteena on tarjota mahdollisimman monelle vaikeasti työllistyvälle henkilölle vuoden työsuhde sosiaali- ja terveysalan järjestössä ja täten edistää heidän työelämävalmiuksiaan sekä jatkopolkumahdollisuuksiaan.) 

 

Assistant in a social welfare organisation (NGO) 

Kaapatut Lapset ry (Abducted Children Finland NGO) is a national social welfare organisation (NGO) that gives support and adivce to families that have experienced international parental child abduction or threat of child abduction or are involved in an international custody dispute. Are you unemployed, 18-29 years old, or have a partial work ability (no age restriction)?   

We have a job for you as an assistant in our organisation. The job is fixed term of 12 months and it is funded by Veikkaus’s The Vacant Job (Paikka auki) funding programme. 

We expect you to have: 

  • good skills in Finnish or English 
  • interaction skills 
  • social media skills 
  • willingness to learn new things 
  • you are able to occasionally work during evenings and weekends   

We also appreciate it if 

  • You have personal experience of inter-cultural family or a family with immigration background (and divorce/separation in such family) 
  • in addition to Finnish or English you are fluent in some other language(s) 
  • you get along well with children and young people 
       

We offer you: 

  •  a nice small work community in Helsinki 
  • introduction to the work and activities of a small social welfare organisation 
  •  a chance to bring your ideas forward and execute them 
  •  support from The Vacant Job (Paikka auki) funding programme (Briefly in English (paikka-auki.fi))  

 Your tasks may include for example: 

  • office work 
  • communication in social media and about our events 
  • organising events and assisting during them 
  • developing youth activities 
  • organising children’s activities during events 
  • developing community ambassador activities 

The tasks will be defined further based on your educational background and work experience.  

Working hours are 7 h 30 minutes/day on average, or otherwise agreed. Workstead is in Malmi, Helsinki, or if the Covid-19 situation demands it, you may work remotely. 

 Full time salary is 1970 €/month. There is a trial period of three months in the beginning of the employment.

(The Vacant Job (Paikka auki) funding programme – Vacant Job is a funding programme organised by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. The programme is active from 2018 to 2022. The aim of the programme is to improve the employability of people with poor employability by offering them jobs in social welfare and healthcare organisations. The grants are issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and administrated by the Funding Centre for Social Welfare and Health Organisations, a standalone state-aid authority operating in connection with the Ministry.  The vacancies created by the programme can only be applied for by young adults under 30 with poor employability and people with partial work ability (without an age restriction).)
